Spinach raita
So it's a 5 min recipe.
Ingredients:
Frozen spinach
Yoghurt
Little oil
Mustard seeds,urad dal,red chilli,hing......tadka
Salt
Method:
Microwave the spinach for 4 min. Mix in yoghurt and salt. Add the tadka.
