This is perfect with jeera rice or with pulao or biryani. I prefer this over raita.
Ingredients:
Yoghurt (Dahi) - one cup
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - apinch
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - one stalk
Garlic - 2 flakes
Cooking oil - one tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
1. In the oill mustard see and jeera and curry leaves.
2. when it splutters,add garlic, fry for few min till it turns colour then add the spices.
3. Pour it over the yoghurt and add salt
