Egg fried rice
I have 30 min left before I head home so since I post a few egg dishes today then why not one more. If you are not allergic to egg you might develop one after going thru the over dose of egg recipes.
Ingredients:
Cooked rice
onios,sliced-1 large
ginger garlic paste- 1-2 tsp
Green chilli-2/3
cinnamon-1 stick
whole black pepper corns- 1 tsp
eggs-3/4
salt and pepper
pulao masala-1 tsp (optional)
Method:
1.Beat the eggs with salt and pepper and in a nonstick pan with little oil, scramble it and keep it aside.
2. Now sautee the sliced onion in little oil along with chillis and whole spices.when they turn pink(not brown) add ginger garlic paste. Fry for a few min.
3. Mix in the cooked rice and ad salt acc to taste. Fold in the srambled eggs. Add a tsp of pulao masala,if u have.
4. Serve it with egg curry or I eat on its own for my packed lunch.
