Garlic pickle
I posted a recipe on grape pickle today and when I opened the fridge ,realized I had loads of garlic. I pickled some in balsamic vinegar sometime back. I used the same recipe as grape pickle but it was not sour as I wanted....so added some lemon juice and vinegar adjusting according to my taste. It felt something was still lacking so added a little bit of jaggery ( some recipes I googled had it too). I just had it with rice and it was perfect!
