I havent published any desserts so far although thats my favourite part of any meal. This is a no cook-easy recipeand I have fwd this recipe to my friends many many times. Noone can believe its this easy ....coz it looks very fancy.
Ingredients:
1 packet - marie biscuits or any glucose biscuits
2 tsp - coffee powder
2 tbsp - cocoa powder
300 gms - fresh cream
5 tbsp - powdered sugar
1/4 cup - crushed roasted nuts
1 - small choclate
1 - cup water
some - cherries
2 tsp - coffee powder
2 tbsp - cocoa powder

Method:
- Beat the cream with 3 tbsp of sugar and coco powder till it is light and fluffy.
- Chill in the fridge.
- In a pan on low flame, add water, 2 tbsp sugar and coffee powder.
- Increase flame when everything dissolves well. Close gas.
- Cool the mixture. Dip biscuits into the above mixture and place it in a greased glass dish.
- Now pour the above beated cream and spread some roasted nuts.
- Now again put biscuits over it and pour the cream and then again the nuts, then just the cream layer.
- Level it with a knife.
- Then garnish with choclate flakes of generous amt and some cherries.
- Set it in fridge for 4 to 5 hours.
- Serve chilled.
