Kulfi-easiest way


This recipe was given to me by Aditi on facebook. The kulfi is right now in the freezer and tastes absolutely amazing. It takes less than a minute to make and takes you back home with every bite.
 Ingredients:
Condensed milk-1can
Evaporated milk-1can
Whipping cream-1can
Almonds/pistachio-half cup
 Cardamom-6
Saffron-a pinch
 Method:
 1. Grind the nuts and cardamom into fine powder in a mixie together.
 2. Blend equal amounts of condensed milk,evaporated milk and whipping cream with a hand mixer for less than 15 seconds.
3. Mix in the ground nuts and add a pinch of saffron.
4. Let it freeze for a few hours and be surprised!
