This will be served if you walk into any home in south India on a hot summer day..This is a savoury lassi and my Dad's favourite.
Ingredients:
Buttermilk / yoghurt & water
salt
greenchilli-1/2
ginger-half inch,crushed
Curry leaves-few,optional
salt
Method:
Mix it all with a hand held mixer or in a mixie.Serve chilled.
