This is my version with the ingredients that are available to me. You can always add in things that you like or use any substitute.Its needless to say , the most popular starter of all.
Ingredients:
Samosa- I use Shana punjabi samosa, does not need frying, can be oven cooked
Choley
Yoghurt- with salt ,paprika, cumin powder, chaat masala.....acc to your taste
cream crackers/ Papdi
Sev- (I freeze it and use it as when required)
onion &coriander leaves-chopped fine
Tamarind chutney
Method:
1. It will get soggy on keeping so just before serving, top the samosa with all the ingredients and enjoy.
