Cereal mix snack
Neena, my co-sister made this healthy snack for us but its so tasty that the amount you eat exceeds the healthy limit
corflakes- 2 cup
Kix/ Rice crispies-2 cups
Cheerios-2 cups
Chex/ malties-2 cups
Peanuts-1 cup, deep fried
salt, sugar, chilli powder
Method:
1. In oil, add 2 tbsp chilli powder, curry leaves and pour over cereal mixture. Mix in sugar and fried peanuts to it. Add salt and sugar according to taste.
