Noodles -spicy
This was made by my eldest brother-in law, who very rarely enters the kitchen coz he's very busy. It turned out fantastic and we think he should cook more often.
Ingredients:
Noodles-4 packets (Maggi)
vegetables- carrot,beans,onion-thinly sliced
eggs-2,scrambled with salt &pepper
sauce-soy sauce,green & redchilli sauce,ketchup 1 tsp each
ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Taste maker-3-4 packets or stock cube,according to taste
oil
Method:
1. In little oil, add the onions and stir it turns soft. Add the ginger garlic paste and fry for few min.
2. Add the vegetables and stir till its cooked but still crunchy.
3.Add the sauces and the tastemaker.
4. Add the cooked noodles to it and the scrambled eggs . Adjust the seasoning to your taste and serve hot.
