Easy Broccoli stir fry




My kids love steamed broccoli but today I  made it in a stir fry form for a change. It is easy and retains the original flavour and tastes refreshing.
Ingredients:
Broccoli-1
Garlic cloves-5 large cloves, chopped
Salt and pepper-according to taste
Oil- little
Spring onions- few, chopped (optional)
Method:
1. In a non stick wok, add oil then garlic and when it turns brownish add the broccoli and saute for few minutes. Add salt and freshly cracked pepper.
2. Simmer it for about 10 min stirring intermittently. Lastly add the spring onions. give it a stir and serve as a side dish.
