This recipe was given to me by Padma who lives in Singapore and makes yummy eggless cakes. The picture is courtesy of Padma too. My children made this cake in a minute and absolutely loved the cake and the process of making too.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon plus 2 tsp cocoa powder
3 tablespoons flour
1/8 tsp salt
1 Tblspn and 2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 tsp vegetable oil
3 tablespoons milk
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Method:
Combine dry ingredients and mix well.
Add wet ingredients, stir, then transfer to a little dish, ramekin, or even a coffee mug.
Microwave For 60 seconds. If its gooey then microwave 15 sec more.
If you don’t want to eat it straight out of the dish, be sure to spray your dish first (and then wait for it to cool before trying to remove it).
Thats so easy cake!! But looks so yummy!!
