Easy Pumpkin seed fry

This is my mother-inlaw's recipe and it tastes really nice as a side with rice. The good thing is it uses the seed and the soft hairy pulp and its ver easy to make. My mother-in law taught me the basics of cooking and baking and in the early years when I was burning the food and the cooking vessel , she has been incredibly patient with me.

Ingredients:
Seeds and soft pulp- from 1 pumpkin
Onion-1, chopped fine
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Salt
Oil- 1 tbsp for shallow frying

Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients except oil.
2. In a shallow non stick frying pan, add the oil and when it is hot spread a portion of the mix in a thin layer and cook on both sides till it turns brownish.
Serve it as a side with rice.
