Instant Bhindi Fry

This recipe is by Manjula Pammi who makes lovely fish recipes. I love bhindi in any form and since I always have frozen cut bhindi in my fridge, I used them. The recipe suggests tawa fry masala but I used subji masala since thats what I had but it tastes and looks good. It does not take more than 10 minutes if you have your husband to cut it for you.
Ingredients:
Bhindi/okra- 250gms, cut in thin long strips
Sesame seeds-1 tsp
Spices- 2 tsp tawa fry masala, 1 tsp chilli powder, a pinch of turmeric
Oil- little
Salt

Method:
1. Fry the cut bhindi on high for 3 min in a non stick wok. If you are using frozen bhindi then a couple of minutes more.
2. While that is cooking, in a small saucepan/tadka vessel take littleoil, add the sesame seeds and when it splutters add the spices and turn it off.
3. To the bhindi, add the oil and spices and let it all blend on medium heat for 5 minutes. Add salt according to taste and serve hot with rice or roti.
