Manjula's Peanut chutney

If you are looking for a chutney without coconut for south Indian breakfast, then this is the best recipe, given to me by Manjula. It was so easy to make and absolutely yummy that I forgot, I was supposed to eat it with my idli-dosa .
Ingredients:
Roasted peanuts-1 cup
Tamarind-2"
Whole red chillis-3
Salt- I used salty roasted peanuts, so hardly required  any salt
Tadka- 2tsp oil, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, few curry leaves
Method:
1. Soak the tamarind in little hot water for a few minutes whil you assemble the other ingredients.
2. Grind the peanuts, tamarind and whole redchillis with water to get a required consistency, usually thick.
3. Lastly, in 2 sp oil add rest of the tadka ingredients and when it splutters ,pour it onto the ground peanut chutney. Serve it with your favourite breakfast.
